Rescue a puppy that fell down a large water canal

VNAR Animal Search & Rescue Team received a call having a puppy fell down a large water canal
Immediately we went there, a puppy fell down the water canal. Maybe the puppy fell down while he was wandering for food and water
It was pitiful, thankfully we got there in time, the ramp down the canal was quite high and dangerous.
We had to use the power cable to climb down, fortunately the dog was still healthy, maybe God bless the poor puppy. After rescusing, we found the owner of the puppy around the area and gave it back to the owner, they were very happy.
