New Metallica Studio Album in 2019? Not Likely but Kirk Hammett says He is 'ready to go'

Metallica guitarist Kirk Hammett said recently, in an interview with Mixdown Magazine, that he has "a ton of material" and that he is "ready to go anytime". Kirk also said that he doesn't want to wait as long between albums, as the band had previously toured extensively and waited as long as 8 years between official studio albums.
