1. Snatch Grip Deficit Deadlifts

2. Lying leg curl

3. Smith machine Hip Thrusts (I used the Booty builder machine)

4. DB front foot elevated split squat
4set | 4-6reps | 3s lowering phase 2a pause

5. High feet elevated DB Squats
4set | 10-12reps | 3s lowering phase

6. Leg press duck stanc
