WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... Before my Charlotte Flair Brave Change Workout, we had to warm-up with the Olympic Bar. Queenie herself pulled out a routine that had me struggling even before the workout had begun! It involved 3 sets of 5 reps of Back Squats, Muscle Snatch, Overhead Squats, and Duck Jumps. Yes. Duck Jumps. Of course I didn't nail it, but at least I entertained Daniel Bryan and ticked another box on... Brave Change.
