My First LEGO Score! | Complete Sets?

My first LEGO score happened today. I was looking around an app called OfferUp on my phone and couldn't pass this up! Are there complete sets here? I'll let you know once I find time to build!
Whether there are complete sets or not, I'm very excited about this find. There are pieces I've been wanting and minifigure accessories I didn't know existed! Very cool.
