Investigation into Ottawa bus crash likely to be lengthy

Ottawa police say finding the cause of Friday’s deadly bus crash will involve a lengthy investigation using drones, video footage and dozens of interviews. Police are looking into "human factors," problems with the vehicle itself and weather conditions at the time of the crash. Three people were killed and 23 were injured when the bus slammed into a transit shelter.
