HOW TO RAISE AN AKITA

After 13 hours and twice making to remove an edit it begins at a place where the conversation had begun but give it a go if you love dogs and want to raise a puppy right.
The thumbnail is myself and Samson, an 8 month old (at the time) male AKC Registered and Pedigreed Akita. I raised Akita's and German Shepherds most of my life but have also had various others like Chihuahua. Pit Bull, Beagles, Collie and Border Collie, Dachshund, Chows, Doberman, Labrador, Australian Cattle Dog, and various mixed breeds, also have known many other dogs belonging to friends. I have always been a Dog Man. What you want from any dog will result only from the love you give. Refresh their water every single day and for the big breeds, if you must chain them, use the halter type that hooks from the back; these are sometimes hard to find and can be more expensive but well worth the costs.
