This video is about the recent judgment passed by, Hon. Meghalaya high court, Hon. Justice Mr. S.R. Sen on the writ petition of Mr. Amon Rana vs state of meghalaya & others. The case was Amon rana vs state of Meghalaya and others.
It has been said that no one should try to make india an islamic country. If we look in past india used to be a hindu country and should have been declared as Hindu Country at the time of partition.
Hon. Justice S.R. Sen also asked Mr. Narendra modi, ministers and other parliamentarian to bring an uniform law by which every citizen must be abide. If any one deny to follow the law of the land and constitution of India, does not deserve to be the Indian citizen .
He also mentioned in the judgment that any Hindu,Sikh, Parsi, Buddhist, Jain, Garo, khasi, jaintiya living abroad in countries like Pakistan, Bangladesh, Afghanistan etc, being tortured and govt of India should grant them citizenship if they want to come back in India.
Hon. Justice S.R. Sen asked Mr. Modi to interfere with those powers and to stop them who want to make India Islamic country.
He said if India becomes Islamic country it would be dooms for world. Mr. Narendra modi must save the country from being Islamic and not let it turn as Islamic country.
