How To Lower Body Fat Percentage: 4 Steps To Reduce Body Fat Naturally!

Lean how to lower body fat percentage without starving yourself! In this video I'm going to share with you four steps to help you reduce your body fat naturally and start seeing results. These four steps are going to be things that you can implement right away.

The first step when it comes to lowering your body fat percentage is to address the style of training that you're currently doing. I recommend high intensity interval training because it allows you to work multiple muscle groups at the same time which will allow you to burn more calories per session. This is how you're going to reduce body fat with exercise. Burning more calories per session will allow you to burn more body fat.
There are several ways to perform a high intensity interval training workout. so if you are a beginner make sure that your workout is structured to your Fitness level. If you're more advanced, then you can also create more intensity for your high intensity workout so that you drop body fat.

After you have your training in check then it's time to address your alcohol consumption. One suggestion I usually explain to the clients that I work with is to cut your current alcohol consumption in half. By reducing your alcohol consumption your body is more prone to address burning body fat then it is trying to get rid of the alcohol that is in your system.
If you've already cut your alcohol and half are you drinking very little alcohol go ahead and remove all alcohol completely.
Don't get discouraged and think that you can't drink alcohol at all. We're simply resetting your metabolism so that you burn primarily body fat and not alcohol.
Next, you will make sure that you drink plenty of water so that your body is well hydrated and allows you to flush out body fat whenever you're training at an intense level. A good rule of thumb is to drink half your bodyweight in ounces. So if you weigh 200 lb you will want to drink 100 oz per day.
The fourth step that I would like to discuss is the nutrition component. Nutrition plays a very important role when burning body fat. you have to make sure that you're eating the right foods at the right quantity to ensure that your body continues to burn excess body fat and increase your metabolism.
