Street & Travel Photography Ethics: what is acceptable?

After watching this quick video I would like to get your thoughts on the #ethics and morality of photographing people that you don’t know. I am genuinely interested to get your feedback on this important topic.

I took this photo in #Tokyo this past February, and it was a rare time that I used a zoom lens! I had it with me as our photo workshop was heading to the mountains to #photograph the Japanese Snow Monkeys.
