Prime Minister Narendra Modi held on Thursday delegation level talks with President of China Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit in Bishkek and told him specifically that Pakistan needs to create an atmosphere free of terrorism for talks.
