CSR2 update 2.4.1 looks like crap on a cheap device, and already having issues.

so 2.4.1 was a fix for lower end phones that drop frame rates but its still not great.. Don't seem like it fixed anything to me. just more messed up crap and crap graphics on my low end phone.
