[BRxV] MWO Build & Skills : Large Laser Charger

Charger. Mobile, tanky and fast with that large engine cap, what a lovely mech! Decided to test it with one of the most underrated weapons in-game, the IS Large Laser, and the build works well.

The Charger-1A1 is an all laser assault that moves like a heavy but with the tankiness of an assault. I should really bring this mech out more often!
