Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

Sugar - 1 cup (250 ml)
Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1/4 cup
Pinch of Salt
Full-Cream Milk - 500 ml
Vanilla Essence - 1 Tsp
Fresh Cream - 2 Tbsp
Grated Dark Chocolate

Method

In a bowl, add sugar, cocoa powder, corn flour, salt and mix well
Heat the milk
Once it comes to a boil, add the mixed ingredients and whisk well
Cook the mixture till you get a thick consistency
Add vanilla essence and fresh cream and whisk well
Let the mixture cool completely, stir it occasionally
Pour the cooled mixture into individual glasses, garnish it with grated chocolate
Refrigerate it for 4 hours to overnight
Serve the Chocolate Pudding chilled.

Mango Pudding

Mango is a simple dessert that can be made using very minimal ingredients and is so soft and creamy and it is completely irresistible. Add chopped mango pieces for garnish and serve it chilled.

Ingredients

Mango - 4 Nos
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Water - 1/2 Cup
China Grass - 5 Gms
Fresh Cream - 1/2 Cup
Milk - 1/4 Cup

Method
1. Peel and cut ripe mangoes
2. Add it into a mixer jar
3. Add sugar and blend it till its smooth
4. Strain and add the mixture to a pan and heat it
5. Meanwhile, boil water and add the china grass
6. Cook till the china grass dissolves completely
7. Strain the china grass into the mango puree
8. Mix everything well
9. Now, add fresh cream and milk and mix everything until well combined
10. Turn off the stove, do not boil the mixture after adding milk
11. Let it sit 2 mins and pour the pudding mixture into individual moulds
12. Let the pudding come to room temperature, cover it with a cling wrap or foil paper
13. Keep the pudding in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours or overnight
14. Add some chopped mango pieces for garnish and serve it chilled.


Caramel bread pudding

Caramel Bread Pudding is one of the easiest dessert recipes that you can make with bread. It is so soft and yummy that you can’t just stop with one spoonful. I am going to show you this recipe without eggs and on the stove top. Serve the caramel pudding chilled. And you can store this up to 2 days in the fridge.

Ingredients

Sugar - 1/2cup (For Caramel)
Bread - 6pieces
Custard powder - 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence - ½ tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Milk - 1 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Method

Melt the sugar for caramel in a pan.
Stir the sugar once it starts to change its color to a golden brown color.
Turn off the stove
Pour it immediately into a mould/cake tin
Mix the custard powder with milk and keep it aside
Cut the edges of the bread slices and grind it to a fine powder
Boil the milk, once it comes to a boil, add the bread crumbs and whisk it
The mixture will thicken in some time, add vanilla essence, custard mixture and whisk well
Add sugar and mix well
Mix it until it is well combined, and pour it into the cake tin
Cover the cake tin with some foil paper
Pour enough water into a deep pot and place a stand in it. Place the covered cake tin onto it
Steam it for 30 mins on medium flame
Bring it to room temperature and refrigerate it for 4 hours
Unmould it carefully on a plate and serve it chilled
