"Education has always been seen as the premise of progress in every society." On Friday 24th May 2019, the 33rd Sitting of the House of Representatives debated a Private Motion that was moved by former Minister of Tertiary Education, Fazal Karim, Member of Parliament for Chaguanas East to Condemn the Government for its failure in the Education Sector.
Dr. Bhoendradatt Tewarie, Member of Parliament for Caroni Central, presented his contribution surrounding the current issues of the Educational Sector along with what can be done in order to rectify them.
