Pokémon XD - Obtainable Pokémon Tier List

Let me know what you think in the comments. Here's the template I made:

I made a tier list of all the obtainable Pokémon in Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness. Shout out to Twitch chat for bringing up things I forgot about and keeping me company. I forgot to do this in the video so here's a brief description of each tier.

S: Extremely useful and easy to use
A: Very useful
B: Pretty useful
C: Useful
D: Limited utility
E: Very limited utility
F: Have some utility but probably not worth the trip to the PC
G: Don't use these
N/A: Not-at-all useful for the Main Story

A couple of things that I wasn't aware of at the time: I forgot about the move relearner at Mt. Battle and I forgot about Shadow Half. This would only affect a couple of Pokémon like Zangoose and Arbok. Overall I'm fairly satisfied but here's a short list of Pokémon I've considered moving.

Pineco (down to F)
Trapinch (down to G)
