While looking for a new job opportunity, we all have difficulty finding the right contact or the HR of the company.
And even if you find, we don't know the correct way of connecting with them.
So here we are to guide you with a few pointers
on the first thing you should do before deciding your plan of action.
Once you’ve tailored everything, you have a few options when it comes to contacting the recruiter:
Just see if you have any networking connections in common online or offline.
If you find any connections in common, either online on LinkedIn or offline, then connect with your HR through someone you know who works at the company.
As we know that LinkedIn and Facebook are the easiest reaching points in the corporate world.
You can also Use the filters to zero on the HR of the desired company and connect with her by sending a customized message.
The other way to connect with HR is through college Training and Placement Cell .They contact HRs every year and in this process, they accumulate a huge database of contacts.
You can also find references that can help you connect to HRs of some big companies in your field.
The other way to meet HR is through student blogs/discussion forums wherein students actively discuss internship prospects to find the contact details of HR.
You can also Visit the official company pages, in almost every corporate website, or a ‘Directory’ that you can use to collect the email ids and phone numbers of the concerned persons.
It’s important to have a Cold calling which is worth a try and can help you stand out as a sincere candidate. You could call the reception desk of a company and ask them to connect you with the concerned person for recruitment.
