Dr M: Not enough women in Cabinet but more now in top posts

Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad said his administration did not achieve the quota for women in the Cabinet but many women are currently holding top posts.

He cited the appointment of Malaysia’s first female Chief Justice, Bank Negara Malaysia governor and the heads of government-linked companies (GLCs).
