An Excellent Carpet Cleaning METHOD (even 1 Key Additional Step) Can Get You Customers An excellent method "set me apart," she sided with me vs. the big box cleaning company. This video is about how your cleaning method, even one key step that your competition does not do, can get customers to side with you, even if your price is higher than the competition. Carpet cleaners are not alike. We do NOT follow the same steps. We do not all have the same goals and objectives. There are "wet and jet" cleaners, who get in and out of the home or business as fast as they can. There are big box national carpet cleaning companies who do NOT pre-spray, vacuum, and more. Some say, you need to educate the customer. Yet, this may not be your desire or strong point. How many of us are teachers? How many of our customers want taught? But, and a BIG BUT, you have a method. It has steps. It may be one step better than your competition. It may be the deciding factor for a customer to side with you, and give you their business. This is what happened to me (and others) who differentiated themselves with customers who had a choice, to choose me with a higher price or choose them with a lower price. I won on steps, methodology, an excellent process, quality, ensuring quality over quantity of jobs. You can do the same.
