My "Summer Shredding" workout plan is adopted from Christian Guzman and consists of the following: Day 1: Upper Heavy (Pull)
Day 2: Upper Lighter (Push) 30 min low-intensity cardio
Day 3: Lower Lighter, arms, abs, 20 min low-intensity cardio
Day 4: Upper Lighter (Pull) 30 min low-intensity cardio
Day 5: Upper Heavy (Push)
Day 6: Lower Heavy
Day 7: Rest
