This lady was suffering from gall stones from about two years and was in constant pain from last month or so. She was having pain mainly due to obstruction caused by the stones and the inflammation was not much although there were flimsy adhesions due to long standing disease. The anatomy could be well delineated easily, there was a significant posterior branch of the cystic artery which was dealt with. The patient went home the next day in satisfactory condition.
