Mars school board candidate Jill Ruzanic Ceasar talks about why her background as a teacher and her concern as a mother drove her to decide to run for school board director. Whether it's fiscal responsibility or the importance of an open line of communication with the community, Jill talks about the big-picture issues her fellow Mars Community Change candidates agree on, but she also emphasizes why the different backgrounds of the candidates make the group of five stronger together. While the Mars Community Change candidates are running as a team, we don't agree on everything, and we came to the decision to run for different reasons.
