How to bake a moist carrot cake? A carrot cake recipe (Ingredients in the description) biscuit ingredients
2,5 cups of flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
0,5 tsp baking soda
1,5 cup of sugar and 3 Tsp of molasses (or 1 cup white sugar, 0.5 brown)
3 eggs
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 cup of raisins
3 cups of grated carrots
1 cup of crushed pineapple

Frosting ingredients
1 cup of butter
1,5 cups of cream cheese
1 tsp of vanilla extract (i was using vanilla sugar)
1,25 cups of powdered sugar
food coloring

instructions
Prepare your dry ingredients by combining sifted flour, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, baking powder. Mix together using a hand mixer sugar, molasses, and eggs(DONT OVERMIX). When it's combined add gradually vegetable oil. Add raisins, that are covered in flour so they won't sink, carrots and crushed pineapples. If you can't buy crushed pineapples, crush them in a blender
