A white man in Washington DC wants Howard University to move the campus if students and faculty don't like rich white people's dogs lawn cigars on their campus.

You know that did not go over well on social media. After his offhanded comments went viral, Sean Grubbs-Robinshaw, a resident of Bloomingdale has issued an apology.
