Authorities: Twinsburg firefighter allegedly killed girlfriend with kids nearby, then took his life

The Summit County Medical Examiner's Office and the Akron Police Department are investigating a murder-suicide involving a Twinsburg firefighter and his fiancee that happened early Thursday morning, according to the Summit County Medical Examiner's Office.
