After a mysterious sickness is unleashed upon the long-range cargo and haulage ship, the TRH Rusanov, almost all robots and personnel aboard mutate and deform into hideous creatures that are hell-bent on the destruction of all the organisms around them. Samuel Edwards- an ex-combat medic- is thrown into a hopeless fight for survival forcing him to slaughter his former crewmates, rogue and sentient artificial constructs and navigate the dangerous environmental hazards the Rusanov presents.

His survival is... unlikely.
