Most Effective Way to Teach A Horse to Stop and Backup

This is my journey of turning an Ex-Racehorse into a well-trained barrel horse.
Today, we are working on perfecting his stop and backup!
This is the easiest way I've found to teach a horse that hasn't been taught the right way to stop light and back up on your body cues!
