People of Furfurinagar are competing in a fancy dress competition. Motu dresses up as Santa Clause, Patlu as a goat, Boxer as a pirate and Jhatka, Ghasitaram have dressed up as beggars. At the location of fancy dress competition, a courier arrives for Inspector Chingum. Everyone mistakes the courier to be containing diamonds.
