On May 29, 2014 I gave a talk on how to apply for the right of abode in Hong Kong which was held at the American Club and sponsored by The Henley Group.

In this 5th segment I discuss the notion of being settled in Hong Kong and how you evidence that you have taken Hong Kong as your only place of permanent settlement.
