Trailer Problems Make A Tough Request Virtually Impossible

In the rental business I tend to get a lot of last minute requests, just not usually from 900 miles away with 12 hours notice. That's what I faced here having to get two cars washed fueled and 14 huors away in less than 24 hours. Of course things go wrong that I don't expect, but it's always about problem solving.
