In an interview to La Stampa, the eight-time Grand Slam winner Andre Agassi commented on Roger Federer's future and how much success his two biggest rivals Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal, can still achieve. "Do you want a prediction? From now Roger will lose more than what he will win. I think he can still play at the highest level. I do not know when he will stop, he surprised me more than once in the past", said Agassi. When does a player understand that it's the time to stop? "In my case, it was my body. A balance between your life and the efforts required needs to be there. Everyone has his broken point, mental or physical, and at some point, you cannot do it anymore. But it should Federer to choose when to retire." Can Djokovic and Nadal beat the Swiss's Majors record titles? "Nadal is closer looking at the numbers, but when I worked with Novak I was convinced he would have won at least two or three Grand Slams for the next three years. Everyone has a chance to do it. For Nadal, it depends on how much energy he has left, but he can win the French Open. Only the time will tell it." Agassi finally praised Nadal's US Open quarter-final win over Dominic Thiem last year: "Rafa gave another example of why we love him. It doesn't matter the stage, the round or opponent: he always gives his best, with absolute professionalism. The way he puts his full energy, both physical and mental, impresses me. On every aspect. I never saw him behaving differently."
