Mrngs wake up - 1glass warm water
Preworkout - 2 bananas
Breakfast - 3 slice brown bread with peanut butter or 3 slice brown bread with 3 egg burji + 1 glass milk
Mid meal - 1 banana
Lunch - 1 katori brown rice with 150 gms cows yogurts + 1 katori salad
Mid meal - green tea
Dinner - 3 egg white omelette (onion) with 1 glass milk or 50 gms paneer
Alternative meals
Breakfast - poha, idli, bread butter, upma, oats
Lunch - paneer roti, boiled eggs, rajma, dalia, chowlee,
Dinner - sprouts salad, dal, boiled vegetables
