Hey Seekers,
We continue reading the Daily Stoic by Ryan Holiday and Stephen Hanselman. (
Today's passage focuses on reigniting our thoughts if we stray off course.
As we've been reading The Daily Stoic for 3 weeks now, this may be the time when it becomes easier for people to fall off their resolutions. Hold the line! Don't allow yourself to falter. In the instance that you may have failed, don't give yourself time to sit and mope or dwell on your failure. Resolve to recommit. Continue to press forward. Reignite the flame and start building the habits that will lead you to the life you desire.
Everyone fails. Everyone has rough patches. It is how you react in these key moments that determines where you ultimately end up. Keep the flame burning, don't break the chain, but reignite if you need to.
Thanks so much for watching the video. I would love to hear any thoughts or feedback you may have. Specifically, I'd love to hear how you've been able to reignite your own thoughts if you were in a slump. How did you start to pull yourself out of it?
It's now or never... Which will it be?
Until Next Time,
Shug =]
