Pocophone F1 - How to Enable Choose Update Package in System Settings

-Based on: MGC_6.1.021_MI8_V2b_plus3.apk
-Added new settings from other apks (arnova,xcam,urnyx)
-Fixed Green tint when using Iso/Expo Slider
-Added new libs and removed old ones
-Fixed Package Installer crash on Oreo
-Added Auto Restart when lib/model or any settings that needs full app restart is changed
*Use Savitar V5 lib for Iso/Expo Slider (left slider)
