Clearly obvious, the Deputy Chief is driving down the wrong side of the road. When stopped his entire squad of EMT's surround the law vehicle and commence in obstruction. They are warned multiple times, and then one EMT is arrested for attempting to glitch out the law vehicle when FallenBrute abuses his tools and shoots a law officer.
