But health podcaster and international bestselling author of KETO CLARITY Jimmy Moore was shocked to find out there was no mention of a low-carb, high-fat, ketogenic diet in the column while it made the claim that you need to consume sweet potatoes, beans, and whole grains while forgoing red meat and saturated fat in order to lower inflammation levels in the body.
