This video is only for people serious about choosing a program and finding out why they might be getting stuck with what they are doing now. ***It is in an email series which is why it talks about emails (find out how to get them below). It is not an instructional video with stretches but if you want to know WHY you are stuck you might want to watch this and learn about the 60 day challenge and how to choose a program created by a professional you will want to watch it. If you are not serious then you probably will not enjoy it. It is VERY educational and has answers.
I'm doing this flexibility challenge with you, if you do it, because I am continuing my education on the subject so I can take it all to the next level. I offer one on one help to dancers so it is important for me to continue learning all the time. It is also important for me to to keep my own body in good condition after 20+ shows and a long holiday break! I will be in the student Facebook group as well.
