In this video I’m going to walk you through an amazing exercise to help lift and tone your glute muscles, and ultimately shape your butt. The reality is, on an average day we’re not using our glute muscles at all. And, when they end up sitting for days on end without any use, they fall asleep and get weak, soft, and shapeless. So, today you’re gonna learn how to reverse this bad cycle!
Glutes are extremely important when it comes to preventing back and lower body pain and injury so it’s really important that you target them with exercise. Most people don’t have the brain body connection to activate their glutes properly which is why the first exercise I’ll show you is designed to help you identify and activate your glute muscles.
The second exercise is the Shoulder Bridge Lift, which is one of the best exercises to target your glutes and strengthen your back at the same time.
As always, our most successful members at warriormade.com find long lasting results from maintaining a easy to follow exercise plan.
The exercises in this video are:
Glute activation drill
Shoulder Bridge Lift
As always, please be sure to do these exercises for only as long as you don’t experience pain. You should consult your personal physician before performing any regular exercise plan.
Please share this video with a friend or family member who you think is experiencing pain from improper form!
