Project description:
The finished Jer project was based on the Dzierzba project. Due to investors' interest in simple and cheap projects, a house was designed, which under one simple multi-slope roof with a ridge includes the entire program of a comfortable suburban house in a compact shape on a rectangular projection. The entrance area to the house and entrance to the garage was designed in a light arcade, which acts as a roof. A comfortable vestibule leads to the inner hall, which distributes to individual rooms. The heart of the house is an optimal square living room with a glass fireplace with a terrace. The kitchen has a separate, next to the vestibule, and next to it an auxiliary room that serves as a pantry, laundry and communication to the garage and further to the boiler room. Next to the vestibule, on the other side there is a bathroom, three bedrooms and a small toilet. The Jer's façades are modest with small details. We recommend this project especially for suburban housing estates.
